Nova Adams, MBS, is a dynamic entrepreneur and community leader born and raised in Washington, DC. After earning her BA in Marketing from Norfolk State University, she has carved out a multifaceted career as a Published Author, Empowerment Speaker, and visionary CEO.

As the founder of Nova Inspires, LLC, Nova creates innovative platforms that empower thought leaders to amplify their brands and provide transformative tools for education, inspiration, and encouragement. Her mission centers on making a meaningful difference, one act of kindness at a time.

Driven by her passion for community impact, Nova serves as the Executive Director of DC Random Acts of Kindness (DC RAK), an organization dedicated to bridging connections between transformational leaders and underserved communities. Through this initiative, she launched the M.A.D.E (Making a Difference Everyday) Men program, which recognizes and honors men who demonstrate exceptional community service.
